I am new to joomla. when I use " create login " the user and password saving in database but when I logged in giving user and password it is not working ie it is not logged in . pl help.

"Create login" - do you mean registration?
Exactly what message does it show after registration and login?

Is it a local environment or a real site?

Check whether the option New User Account Activation is set to No or Yes? If it is set to Yes, then the system will expect the activation to happen before the login. This parameter is available in the Global Configuration.
