Have a look at this post http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=2704686. It sounds like you Mysql database has reached its limit.

When I try to save an article in Joomla 1.5 I get a Fatal Error message saying " Fatal error: Class 'TableFrontPage' not found in /home/stansvid/public_html/administrator/components/com_content/controller.php on line 597 ". At the moment I just click on the back button and then close the article and the changes have been saved, but I would rather not get the error message if possible. I do not get this error message when I create a new item for the menus.

Well that was the only topic i could find on the issue. So i can only really suggest either contacting our host, decreasing table sizes or changing host. However, i am not to sure whether that is the problem as 35mb seems very low for a mysql database limit.
