Escalation process ticket system for joomla 3.5.1

Hi,

I am integrating ticket in joomla 3.5.1 using os ticket and os_sticky bridge but it is not supporting knowledge base and escalation system . Escalation system like: suppose 6 admins administers 5 products where one ticket by a customer is registered to admin 'A' after 48 hrs that was responded and escalated to admin 'B', and the same after 48 hrs escalated to 'C' and so on . Finally escalated to 'Super Admin'. And Super Admin assigns to any admin to solve this issue. Is there any ticket system available escalation system?

The only one I have experience with is Freestyle, and I like it a lot, but you should look at and demo all of them prior to making a choice.

I checked the ticket system and contacted but Escalation system is not available.

LOOK AGAIN... We escalate tickets (forward, reassign) every day with Freestyle
