(Sorry about that, i'm not sure if the joomla website i'm on is in french or in english, i have menus in english and inside content is in french, French version will follow)
(Désolé, je ne suis pas sur si le site Joomla sur lequel je suis est en français ou en anglais, j'ai les menus en anglais et le contenu en français Version française en bas)


Hi,
i have a server that contain multiple joomla websites

what i want to do is select articles from DB 1 and DB 2.

my first plan was to set a cron job. but i was wondering if joomla had something for selecting from multiple DB's, something equivalent of http://php.net/manual/en/mysqli.select-db.php

j'ai un serveur contenant plusieurs sites joomla.

je veux pouvoir sélectionner les articles de deux de ces sites (DB 1 et DB 2)

j'ai pensé faire le transfert via une Cron job, cependant je me demandais si joomla possède un paramêtre pour ceci. (voir : http://php.net/manual/en/mysqli.select-db.php )

Joomla uses only one database. I would suggest using mysql library to access other databases.
