SEF URL from Menu item ID

How can I get valid SEV URL having only menu item ID?

you can use the link alias; eg, my-page > http://mysite.com/my-page.

Easiest way is to publish the menu, click the link and you will have the url. you can unpublish the menu later if you don't want that visible.

I want to generate it automatically in case of changing menu item ID in module
