problem with submitting a form in modal window

Hi
In my extension,I create a dynamic form to submit some information.this form is loaded in a modal window and has a submit button,but when I click on this button to submit it,it doesn't work.I think there is some problem with loading form tag in a modal,because when I see the source code of modal window,there is not any form tag and it removes form tag.I don't know what is the problem and how can I submit a form in a modal window?
