 Post subject: HELP MISSING BACKEND!

Hi I was doing some changing around of the access levels and create an article fields and then all of a sudden the server made me sign back into the joomla administration site. Now my backend looks like the picture in the attached file. I have no idea how to fix this.

Please help me, I am freaking out here!

Which users?
Which Plugins/Components/Modules?

I was trying to edit myjoomlasite/administrator/components/com_content/models/forms/article.xml specifically to set the published setting to 0 aka unpublished.
