This site is broken when viewing in IE8 but OK in Firefox and Chrome. I've stared at the source and css til I'm blind and can't locate the error...

It's not displaying well in either 3 browsers. Not an IE8 problem.

Try to use the default beez5 or beez20 templates (not your modified beez5).

Interestingly, if I either...

1) put a simple   just inside the header div, or
2) put IE into compatibility mode...

The problem goes away.
