You need a responsive or fluid template.

Responsive or fluid template. No clue what that means. Can you clarify?

you should amend your website regarding its css to be fluid (not fixed widths) or responsive. For more details look for tutorials on how to make a fluid or responsive layout. Just google "Responsive layout tutorials" or "Fluid layout tutorials". The latter might be somewhat easier for begginers. After you learn how to do it, I don't have any clue how to proceed yet.
that's why i entered here :D

To make your website work on mobile device, you should get an extension that supports your website in mobile browsers. There are many apps available for Joomla website, to build a mobile version of your website. It gives you a different template for mobile devices. You can look for Joomla mobile in Joomla Marketplace.

Will Joomla 3.0 support these kind of features? I heard that Joomla 3.0 will have bootstrap (html5 framework) in the core.

Looking at your website, there is quite a lot on the frontpage. Bearing in mind that peoples browsing habits are very different on a phone, you might want to think about presenting a radically different mobile site with buttons for click to order, click to call etc. One solution to this would be to use Dudamobile.com (not free unfortunately). It creates a whole mobile site based on your Joomla site (that updates automatically), which you can host on a mobile subdomain i.e. m.yourdomain.com - take a look it's pretty neat.
