Discussion for Joomla 3 User Outreach

Goal: To make sure that every Joomla users knows what is coming with Joomla 3 and has knows the right choice to make when it comes to upgrading.

Organizer: Jon Neubauer
  • Powerpoints, videos and more sent to JUGs to show to their groups
  • Plan editorial series for JCM
  • Regular emails to the JUGs
  • Clearly explain the migration process
  • Launch parties?
