I see this error, when going to the link https://issues.joomla.org

Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 8.1.0".

Any link from either the Developer Resources dropdown or from the "Developer Network" page doesn't work and leads to the above error.

I tried the direct Github Issues page for "joomla-cms" https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues and this works (I assume this is where Issues Tracker is getting its data).

Please move this post if I'm in the wrong sub-forum.
