its 18-08 and still demo.joomla.org/demo10 and demo.joomla.org/demo15 doesnt work

The 1.0.12 demo was up and operational and had just been patched to .13 (on Tuesday 14 August). I was also in the process of setting up the 1.5 RC1 demo. But that was before this little server hiccup.

As soon as the other Site/Server Admins are finished taking care of the things (restoring, investigating, etc.), I will restore the 1.0.13 demo and continue to work on getting the 1.5 RC1 demo online.
