How to contact forum administrator?

Hi
I have account with Joomla forum 3 years old. Coming here occasionally. Recently I try togin after while just to find out "It was not possible to convert your password when updating this bulletin board’s software. Please request a new password. If you continue to have problems please contact the Board Administrator."
Sound good, I have tried to "I forgot my password" - nothing come to my email, then "Resend activation e-mail" again, nothing - oh looks like I have not user account anymore.
So the last option of "contact the Board Administrator" come as a option. But the email "[email protected]" which is linked as "contact administrator" bounced back (as it should from the name)
So here I'm back with new account I had to register, asking what's going on?
