Can't access Joomla shop

Hello,

When I try to open the next page https://community.joomla.org/the-joomla-shop.html#!/ I can't get passed the privacy statement.

I am not sure what you're referring to.

There are Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy links in the footer of the site but that's all I can see and they are simply links that open the relevant pages.

Do you mean you are seeing the requirement to agree to the Privacy Policy before proceeding to checkout when purchasing products, or do you mean the Cookies notice to accept cookies on that site?
