My idea is in relation to the Joomla! Site Showcase categorization. I want to submit my site to the Joomla! Showcase, however, there is not a category for all sports, or even multi-sports. It lists only options for every specific sport when my site literally has instruction and content and member interaction in every single sport. Can somebody on the Joomla! Staff please add an 'All Sports' Category to the Site showcase, please? Thank you for your time and work.

I have exactly the same issue. I have developed a lawn bowls site but there's nothing even closely resembling a place for it in the Showcase.

I don't want to submit my site under another sport in the hope that a category will be created for it ...

Are new categories ever created? If so, who creates them and what is the process for having a new one created so my site can be listed in the correct sport?

Immediately after I posted I found this: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=393971 :-)

Could someone please add a Lawn Bowls category?

Or at least add a General Sports category so that obscure sports (not that lawn bowls is obscure, at least here in Australia) can have a place to live?
