I need administrative to recover my old account

Hello... Im having problems to login with my old account i tried many times to recover the password but it says the "user name and email could not be found" and also tried to register again and the system says "username and email already in use" so im out of ideas

I just created this account with an old mail account to ask for help here... i want to use my usual email and user name not this one

well im having problem login in Joomla forums..... so i need some moderator / administrator of the forums to help solve this issue... for some reason the system wont let me recover or renew the password
