Is there ANY support on this forum?

Not trying to be a smart#$se, it just seems that nothing I post ever gets assistance, even when many others have the same or similar problems. Patience does not seem to reward either....So, where can a Joomla user go for assistance with what appears to be major flaws in the platform, ANY help appreciated.
