problem with the forum

I can't post any reply to topic on the forum, because the server says: "Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /posting.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I have not found any help link in the home page of forum.joomla.org in order to contact the site administrator group.

That error will be generated when you attempt to post content that could potentially be spam, or potentially is malicious. Please check the content of your post (perhaps reply instead of quoting).

The reply always gets me on new forums :P Make sure you aren't using any special characters as those usually are the ones that trigger the moderation system

wouldn't it be useful if the forum actually stated what the problem was, rather than some permission denied error?
