why signature can not be added?

hello, I am new to this forum today. when I set up my personal profile, I found signature can not added. why????
MOD note:
Due to the increasing amount of signature spam, we've changed the forum signature configuration.
From now on, you'll need at least 25 posts before being able to add a signature.

you need to reach at least 10 post if i remeber well for signature

It's an anti spam measure against spammers who will be banned from this forum.

Ah, I get it now. I opened a thread in the portuguese fórum asking about it, still haven't been answered...

The thing I see about that, is that due to the language barriers, often times I'd assume those threads go unanswered for a long period of time. It's too bad really, they need help as well

edit to add - i doubt spammers or those who wanted to SP or spam in their sig would read the rules....

Why is that so important for you? You only just registered to this forum...
Do you have any Joomla related question that we might help you with?
Due to spam, new users can now only add a signature & avatar after 10 posts.

if you would possibly read the forum rules, and abide by them you will understand the reason we have a minimum post count before allowing people like you to spam the forums with keyword stuffed/one liner posts advertising their site mainly seo marketeers

I banned that user sencertamay as he added hidden urls in his sig+ all his posts were oneliners

FAQ says to add an attachment however, it won't let me add one. Has this been disabled?

One could add signature in the profile after certain number of posts and I believe that the count is 10.
