Market Share Declining?

One reason why you might be experiencing a declining market share is the poor experience users are now seeing on the forum. This weekend, NO moderator made any attempt to clean up the 4-5 pages of spam that users had to wade through. Call that "an online community that is enjoyable and rewarding to participate in"? I don't!

One reason can be that it is the holiday season in the northern hemisphere.

Are the moderators spread across different timezones?

let me disagree, on what basis do you calculate market share declining ?
on how much spam the forum is receiving?
maybe is the opposite , much more spam means a good place to spam, so high quality/frequented forum

the spam war is a neverending war and is a common problem of all high frequented forums etc, and i don't know till now a perfect method to win this war at 100%, do you have one ?

As i know you was formerly a GM, so i really don't understand what you mean,
in your GM experience you was 24x7 & 365/365 online and active on forum catching spam ?
