Update the joomla.org download menu to 3.4

Update the joomla.org download menu to 3.4

I believe the Drop Down menu for "Download" should be changed to show "Download Joomla! 3.4" or maybe the more generic "Download Joomla! 3" if no one is going to update it.

Now all menu's appear correct (Eg shows Joomla 3.4) except the one that appears above this forum page!
