The menu points to: http://developer.joomla.org/security-centre.html
This also exists: http://developer.joomla.org/security.html

The only differences I note are blog settings and the "Security Centre" links atop the content.

Google ranks the one which isn't in the menu, higher, for the American spelling of "center".

Seems a risk of the wrong page being updated or developed eventually, staff confusion, user confusion, Google is already confused...

So security-centre.* should be the URLs being pointed to. Those are the published URLs on the site's menu. The security.* URLs are from a hidden menu item and miss some of the configurations the correct menu item (but point to the same category in the site).

Interestingly enough I guess our external feed parser was reading /security.feed as when I went in and did some redirects to security-centre.* (HTML and the RSS feed), it picked things up as new again. *shrug*
