Best place to request features?

Best place to request features?

Since the ideas.joomla.org website is shut down, where is the best place to request/suggest new features for Joomla? I would think that the issue tracker would not be the best place for general feature requests. There does not appear to be any specific forum category for this either, which would be a nice place for feature discussions and brainstorming.
