Thanks Vic for your thorough work and outstanding leadership with the 2014 budget process!

This the earliest that the budget process has been completed in the 3+ years since I have been on OSM. You also willingly took on the extra effort required to adopt a new chart of accounts that will improve transparency and accountability for all leadership teams through support for better reports.

Thanks for taking this challenging annual exercise and turning it into a major step forward for our project and community!
