Follow up on PLT Goals 2015 what can be improved..

Hi beloved Joomlers,

We have a Joomla 4 that is in the bake oven https://github.com/joomla-projects/joomla-pythagoras and this is aimed to be a discussion about how we together can improve Joomla and its processes to make us be better in line with the ever changing digital world of publishing tools.

With background of the announcement of the PLT Goals 2015 https://developer.joomla.org/news/625-p ... -2015.html that was done earlier this year I just wonder how we best measure and execute this goals and how we can do things work better steps by steps?

Also discuss how we can improve the Joomla vision, strategy, execution and technology wise.

So whats your ideas and comments?
