Publish, workflow in Joomla 3

Hello, I need your help friends.

Is there a way to apply workflow to articles?..

I need something like this:

1. someone create an article.
2. another one check the article.
3. adjust the article (if is required)
4. the article need to be published

I check some plugins but I need free ones.

While finding free extensions is nice, consider paying a little money to buy the RIGHT extension for your site. Not only are you supporting a developer that puts their blood sweat and tears into Joomla!, but you are also getting support for the product. Having said that, you will be hard pressed to find a free one for something as complex as what you are asking for. If you really need a free one that does exactly what you want, why not code it yourself?

I understand man, but the point is I NEED TO USE FREE EXTENSIONS and NO CODE IT BY MYSELF.

Would be better for me pay for the extension or even better code it by myself, but I can't because the requirements of the project don't let me do that.

I would say that you need the (relatively) free extension called "human".

This you can perfectly well establish with Joomla without any other extensions.
One chap is a author, another one is an editor and yet another one publisher. You can of course combine functions. Normally I would make an author also editor. Or an editor publisher. Depends on your local situation.
