Please suggest extensions

Hello All,

Could you please suggest some free and reliable extensions for my following needs

1. Ask question : like https://answers.yahoo.com/
2. Yellow pages/ directory : like http://www.yellowpages.co.za/
3. Book events : to book event and user can search the same
4. Upcoming Birthday : To display next birthday of the user/contacts
5. Up coming events : To display the next event coming
5. Count Down : To display the count down
6. News article : display news from any leading news paper or from google news
7. Opinion Poll : to obtain user opinion on any topic
8. Announcements/message : I can put the system down time or other message at the top of my website.

I have found few for above requirements but jut want to have view from you all before finalizing them. I am very new and do not want to make mistakes. Hope you will understand me.
