My navigation menu disappeared when I changed templates?

I don't know what to do :\ I'm new to Joomla...Please halp

Be known that in most of the cases, the appearance of the menu is facilitated by modules. Modules are published to module positions and the module positions & their names not standard. So, there is a chance that the changed template does not have the module position that has been defined in the earlier template used. If this is the case, you have to go to the Module Manager, open the corresponding menu module for Edit and change the module position.
