Hi ! I have a problem with a quickstart, joomla 3. Tamplate : https://themeforest.net/item/medicare-r ... e/15651195.

I don't know how to edit a module, more exactly this module, if is a module, idk : http://i.imgur.com/L7MwIbB.png .

Hello, I think you have found the solution already.

But, for future, if you want to edit any of the modules you can use this www.sitename.com?tp=1 to view all module positions available.
