Changed category on Article - Redirect 301 not working

Hello, guys!

I changed the category in one of my articles.
After that in Redirect component i created new redirect:

FROM: old link
TO: new link
Published redirect ...

And now the redirect does not work!

When I go to Google and click on my article, my page is still opening an old link.
If I copy an old link directly to the browser, my old link is still opening.

I deleted the Joomla cache but nothing help ...

Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong?

The Redirect Component only work on URL that return a 404.

You can put a redirect into the .htaccess file.
