Remove items from registration

When I click on Create an Account, I see three sections: User Registration, Basic Settings, and User Profile. I'm only interested in the User Registration and Basic Settings. How do I get rid of the User Profile section? Thanks!

In the Plugin Manager check whether the plugin "User - Profile" has been Enabled. If so, disable it.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for not being clear, but I want to keep the user profile. I just don't want it to appear on registration. Is this possible? Thanks!
