i having problem to upload picture in my article
when i save the article

can u help me?
my friend tell me its about permission but when i change the permission to 0777 it is also the same
please help me solve my problem

Directories should be 755 and files 644. 777 is dangerous and a really bad security risk....if it's shared hosting ask host to fix, if it's not you can manually (recursively) change all permissions easily yourself.

Also, apache should own all files and folders in joomla root. (chown in linux). Can you upload via the media manager? What about using FTP?

This is usually a problem only unique to the environment, which means something on your end is wrong (like permissions for example) and it should be easily fixable.
