weird bug i gues, in some menu's

Hello i have a problem what is bothering me, it's stops my learningproces with joomla.
Thanks in advance for youre help, and i am dutch so my english is not perfect.

The picture explains everything, i have joomla 3.02 and only extensions is dutch language pack.
Joomla runs localy on xxamp 1.8.1
