Menu/Module/Article... Filters Disappeared

The filters working fine on the left block of menu/module/article/categories/plugins etc windows on my local server have disappeared after uploading the site to my hosting. How can I debug what is preventing this block from appearing?
Please see the attachment showing the block as appeared on local server.
