Official guide for joomla 3

When will there be an official guide for joomla 3.0? Or is there already one? I would prefer to get one in pdf format but will settle for one online.

Already available, called docs.joomla.org!
Issue with migrating? Include logs/joomla_update.php in your report!
Blank screen? Verify pagesource for HTML code (javascript error)
Installation failing on populating database? Install with set_time_limit(0)
