Hi, Is it possible that joomla can create a system? like inventory,payroll etc...?

You could develop such systems in Joomla! as there is a platform and APIs for the platform.

However, you have to evaluate whether you could afford the resources such as time & money for this effort.

You could also check whether there are third party extensions that have the function you are looking for.

In my previous reply I used the term Platform, generically. I apologize for that. The correct term would be Framework.

Not out of the box. It is possible to add components that will do what you want. You have to contact a developer if his payroll (etc) will work in Joomla. Do search the JED to see if an inventory or payroll component is available.
