New page is published but does not show in Google

Hello guys,

I have published new web page (www.alternativa.ba) but it does not show in google yet. I have submitted new sitemap, two days ago, but only 19 pages is indexed out of 86.
I have also submit site map over SEO tools in cpanel (provided by attracta).
I removed old page but links from old page still appears on google, when google will remove them?

It displays 1440 pages as not found (image is attached).

I need to faster this process as fast as possible

Think that no fast process is possible when talking about google indexing, I suppose you just have to wait.
You are doing things right, you have rank 3 on google and 16m in alexa, not bad. Keep it up and be patient...

I am not sure is this correct sitemap format approved by google?

Attached is image of submitted sitemap.. Could someone check this please, it drives me nuts.

It can take up to a month before your website is crawled by Google bots so just need to be patient. As for sitemap you can use http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ it is an easy process.

Thanks OakMark for quick response. Is it ok If I make new sitemap and submit it? Does it matter if I have two maps submitted?
