Review site with Joomla?

Hello, I'm new here so sorry for the newbie question.

I wanted to know if it's possible and reasonable to build a review site with Joomla. A site where visitors can learn about different products, read reviews and see comparison tables. Possibility to leave reviews and rate products by visitors themselves would be extra nice but not mandatory at this stage.

I'm thinking of having somebody build a review site like http://www.toptenreviews.com/ or a simpler review site http://onlytopreviews.com/

Is that easy to achieve with Joomla?

There's actually quite a number of extensions that are available which could help you build a review site easily (Without hiring freelancers)
