change label for category list

i have a client who would like the list of articles on a category list to say "Views" rather than "Hits".

would need to change it in the column header, and on the line for each article.
is there a way to change this other than changing source code?

check it in language file of com_content

thanks for pointing me in that direction.
tried the file you mentioned, but that didn't change the page
found /en-GB.mod_articles_category.ini and tried that, but that didn't do it either.
any other thoughts?
