Cart items not printing in invoice pdf

Hi there, newb here so i apologize if this has been asked to death (if so please provide a link and i'll read it
Using Joomla 3.4.1 with viruemart. We have items on our website such as engraving and giftwrapping that do not print out on the invoice copy at all. To explain, for the engraving option, the person selects what style they want first, then they type the words they want engraved. It prints out fine in the email confirmation but it completely disappears on the invoice, so the invoice is unusable. Here are two quick screen shots to show you the item was added (engraving) and it is in the totals -picture 1, but how it completely disappears on the invoice - picture 2 (and also on the delivery note too) Thank you for your help.

Can't anyone get a plug-in to print on their invoice ??

Are you using any inbuilt invoicing that is in VM already? You might need to ask on the VM support forum since this is a specific a question for VM.
