Listing or directory

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to create the following:

1. Set up a listing/directory of Industry events
2. Set up a listing/directory of Industry Associations, Alliances and Consortium's
3. Set up a listing/directory of contacts I have within the Industries.

The listing of events and associations will be publicly available and searchable, for now.
I may charge the events/associations for an 'upgraded' profiles, unsure but would like that option available.

The listing of contacts (#3 above) will definitely be based on a subscription, 3 levels. They will be able to search the contacts and see the organizations I have free, but to see titles, names, etc... they have to purchase a subscription.

I also don't want to publicly offer the opportunity for them to update their profile up front, but have them contact me for that option.

I can't find a module that gives me this functionality, anyone know of one that does or maybe 2 modules that will work together to give me this functionality?
