Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object

Hi All,
After upgrading to joomla 3.3 ,

I am getting an error that looks like this

/home/develop/public_html/administrator/components/com_templates/views/templates/tmpl/default.php

not sure what is causing this, past posts seam to suggest a corrupt .xml file however I am not finding any errors in the xml or older versions of the template...

Has anyone else come across this issue ?
A solution would be great to have.

Hi There,
thank you for looking at this.

Basically I go to extensions > template manager > click on any template link, under the template column on that page

and then click close button without going into any of the HTML files I get this error on the page:

"Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/developm/public_html/EKM/ftp/administrator/components/com_templates/views/templates/tmpl/default.php on line 96"

appears in a column version
Part of the page displays the template demo image.

It looks like the entire admin template has been unmounted, no styles etc seam to be loaded in that admin page...

Hi, hmm, maybe you should copy the files and folders again to your server (the template folders) and check - if no file is missing in the template folder
- no file was corrupted during ftp copy :idea:
