After upgrade from 2.5 to 3.3.3 unable to access [SOLVED]

Well, i can get into various parts of the backend but can't access Control Panel and a couple of others.

Was able to set Error reporting, etc. through the backend and got this the first time...

Fatal error: Class FOFModel cannot extend from interface JModel in /home/www/crbnoe.org/libraries/fof/model.php on line 1035

Any ideas as to what's happening?

Downloaded and after renaming old fof folder to fof_bak, installed new fof folder.

Solved.
