Joomla Update Missing in from Admin Menu

Hi,
i want to upgrade from 2.5.20 to 3.3 but i don't have an updatefunction "Joomla! update" under components.

If i want to actualize from the controlcenter i got the following message.

I tried the solution under the topic "Joomla Update Missing in from Admin Menu" and got the following message "#1048 - Column 'component_id' cannot be null" after using the second solution.

Is there a solution or is it possible to upgrade in an another way?

I took a backup from live-site an installed it in a subdomain. The i used the following sql-commands succesfully.

i can always roll back to the latest backup, because i'm first testing in xammp, then "live" in another test environment before i gonna change my website.

Looks like you forgot to disable the module mod_count_down_big, it is not for J3 because it is using DS without having declared it. Hopefully there is a more recent version. Otherwise declare the DS yourself in the mo.d_count_down_big.php

Hope you disabled plugin "Remember me" befor update. The key should exist on #__users, the drop should only be executed once during update.

Ok, i started again, disabled that module and cleared cache.

Now i got a white screen at the finalising.

I uninstalled the view plugins / modules, cleared cache but i still got this message.

1091 - Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten

According to google, it seems to be a knowned issue. But i found no solution for it.

But that didn't help. The updater works but doesn't show in admin menu but does show in extension manager. Any ideas?

The extension wasn't missing the menu item, was... I resolved it by using
