Site down- please help

I tried updating from 2.5.28 to 3.6, and get an error message:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/stevenn4/public_html/plugins/system/jch_optimizeDScacheDSCSS.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php53/pear') in /home/stevenn4/public_html/plugins/system/jch_optimize/jch_optimize.php on line 32

Obviously, I've done this badly. Where do I start to correct things?

Restore from backup and start proper migration for your website. See docs.joomla.org.
Issue with migrating? Include logs/joomla_update.php in your report!
Blank screen? Verify pagesource for HTML code (javascript error)
Installation failing on populating database? Install with set_time_limit(0)
Document your customizations!

Hi,

I think this problem come from your hosting config.
However you can still fix this problem:

Open this file:
/home/stevenn4/public_html/plugins/system/jch_optimize/jch_optimize.php

Change DS to /

Then check again.
