mySQL version

Hi,

I'm renting a server which has mySQL 5.0.77 inside.
Recently I've installed J3 in it (for a test) and I do not have any problems at this time.

I know J3 requires mySQL5.1 or up, but I wonder what kind of problem will I get if I continue to use above...

The only problem I have seen here is USING BTREE. Don't know whether your version has a problem with that.
Issue with migrating? Include logs/joomla_update.php in your report!
Blank screen? Verify pagesource for HTML code (javascript error)
Installation failing on populating database? Install with set_time_limit(0)
Document your customizations!

I'm so sorry but I do not know "BTREE".

Scan this forum and you'll find problems importing data from MySQL 5.1+ because of USING BTREE. It is a bug in 5.0, but there is fix. Don't know which 5.0.x has it fixed.
