Update joomla 3.0.2 to 3.0.3 ERROR

Update joomla 3.0.2 to 3.0.3 and now have Internal Server Error in administrator and site?

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

I solved the problem, I changed the root index.php 644 to 755 and the administrator index.php 644 to 755
