Fatal Error Installing Quick Start Template w/Joomla 3.2.1

Have always used an auto installer while installing Joomla; however, need to start manually installing Joomla as I would like to use quick start templates (containing the Joomla 3.1 install).

I have gone through the install processes successfully, but now get the following error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined method JSite::execute() in /home/content/17/7843617/html/recessive_morph/index.php on line 40.

Any help with this would be so greatly appreciated.
