Update to Joomla 3 not an Option?

Hello. I have done all I need to do and begin my update. I go to Components and select Joomla Update and there is no Joomla 3 there. So I go to Options and change the Update Server field to "Short Term Support and click Save. When I go back, it still isn't there. It says there is no current update. What's wrong?

Try Clear Cache and then rediscover.
