When I try add new menu element. the server show this message

Joomla 3.5.1

But Joomla 2.X no problem.

i guess it should be some error with your php version
change your php version to 5.3 or 5.4 and check it out again

Thats right bro, when i get this problem, im confused to do anything because i dont have any reference. at least, i try to change my php version. change my version to 5.3 and its works.
